HORSING AROUND!

Horse plowing is a real workout, Milt really knows only two speeds, fast and faster.  When you hit a rock your sure to feel it in the plow or end up in the air.

Syrup production has begun, this year we have 4 trees tapped.

The chickens have been busy; who needs dye for Easter eggs?

This week I made my first loaf of bread; it's olive loaf- quite good. Here's a link to the recipe:
http://www.grouprecipes.com/21935/black-olive-and-rosemary-bread.html
The changes I made were adding capers, basil (that we had frozen). dried oregano. Any olives will do. I also cut back on the salt.

My belongings were retrieved from the freight/shipping place. It was a hour long drive with Leslie's trailer in tow. The pile is slowly disappearing. Honest.

We will be putting up plenty of book shelves, starting with the living room.

Grandma's dresser looks nice in our bedroom and fits well.

My office is an organized mess. With the big screen, this has become our "theatre" for watching DVD's.

Seeing how it's spring break, Cheyenne, Leslie's daughter is home from college. Hard at schoolwork.
